Position Overview: 

SeeUnity, an Anaqua company, is the leading provider of API-based content integration and migration software products with over 30 partners and 500 customers worldwide. Our products securely connect, sync, or migrate data across on-premise or cloud-based ECM systems and external applications. We serve customers of all sizes, including Fortune 500 businesses, Am Law 100 and 200 firms, and government entities.


We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team. The Marketing Assistant will report directly to the Director of Marketing and will be responsible for taking on a wide variety of tasks that allow for the successful completion of planned marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will edit and contribute content, manage the social media channels, keep the website up to date, assist in the development of marketing collateral, track existing marketing campaigns, and report on results. Other duties include assisting with event and webinar planning and execution. This position requires a high level of creativity, as well as the ability to use data-driven insights to provide better material and improve SEO. The successful candidate should also be detail-oriented and committed to meeting tight deadlines. 


  • Learn and understand company products and brand
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing, internal teams, and partners to support marketing strategies that drive key business campaigns, sales, and events
  • Manage social media accounts, maintaining the voice and tone of SeeUnity & Anaqua on channels such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Create and distribute monthly newsletter
  • Maintain and manage email lists
  • Track, evaluate, and measure effectiveness of key marketing promotions and campaigns, making recommendations for continuous improvements
  • Edit copy and contribute to marketing materials such as white papers, PowerPoint presentations, e-books, datasheets, and collateral as needed
  • Edit and contribute content for the website and blog
  • Monitor and strive to improve website SEO
  • Assist with events, webinars, and other public relations activities
  • Conduct market research
  • Other related marketing tasks as needed, such as video creation


Preferred Skills:

  • Strong technical acumen and writing skills
  • Comprehensive computer skills with strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and Constant Contact or other email marketing platforms preferred
  • Demonstrated experience understanding SEO, digital media, and social channels with the ability to execute successful multi-channel content activations
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with Salesforce a plus 
  • Experience in proofreading and copy editing a variety of business and marketing materials
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach

  • Experience managing several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent
  • 1+ years of copywriting and social media marketing experience; B2B ECM industry experience preferred

Salary: $31,000 to $33,000 annually
